favorite picture you have ever taken???? and whats your favorite photographer?

There are a few photos I’m personally proud of and they’re mostly the ones I took when I was in Poland and Ireland. This is one of them. I felt awful for this lady. She didn’t speak to anyone, she just stood there. I gave her whatever Euro I had in my pocket.

There are few I’ve taken that I absolutely love. Not because of the composition or anything, but because of the story behind them.

I took this photo in Poland. He was a kind man from Russia who let me shoot with his lens on my camera. A complete stranger, and he trusted me with his lens. He was traveling alone in Poland and we spoke about our travels for a moment.

This photo is of a couple in Ireland who let me, a complete stranger, into their 300 year old home just to look around. They were an incredible couple, the man English and the woman Irish, and I will truly never forget them. I couldn’t stop thinking about them for the entire trip.

I will never forget any of them because they reminded me that I don’t have to be intimated by everyone, especially in a different country.

As for a favorite photographer, I’m not quite sure I have one. I enjoy rummaging the internet and books and finding photos I admire, so in a way, everyone is my favorite photographer.

Animal and his “Get Well Soon” balloon. The story is, he just found out he’s going to die in 12 months and has to figure out what he’s going to do with what’s left of his life. The black balloon symbolizes death. We all had so much fun putting everything together.

Stephanie did a good job deciding to take the project from this angle. This is why I love her.

I usually don’t pay attention to this shit and prefer not...

Carpooling to work this morning, I noticed that someone had put up a “bullfrog crossing” sign next a busy piece of road. I’ve never seen a bullfrog on the road before, then again, about 100+ trucks drive on that road every day.
